How the site is funded.

Jackpot Royalty is an affiliate-funded publication. When you click an operator link on the site, a short tracking parameter travels with the URL. If you then sign up and meet the operator’s qualifying conditions, the operator pays us a commission. You pay nothing extra, and the sign-up offer is the same one shown on their own site.

What stays editorial

• Whether an operator appears on the site at all. We only consider operators with a current UK Gambling Commission licence.
• The order in which operators appear. Order reflects the editorial view this quarter and is not for sale.
• The score we publish and the wording of every review.
• Whether to update or remove a review when an operator’s product changes.

What operators can ask for

• That we correct a factual mistake (a wrong payment method, an outdated wagering figure).
• That we use an up-to-date logo.
• That we use their preferred affiliate parameters on the outbound link.

What operators cannot do

• Pay to be moved up the list.
• Approve, rewrite or veto editorial text.
• See drafts before publication.
• Buy a higher editorial score.

Commission structure (in plain English)

Commission can be a one-off payment per qualifying sign-up, a share of operator revenue from that player, or a mix. Rates vary between operators. We do not let differences in commission rate change editorial order, and we will walk away from a programme that ties commercial terms to editorial position.
